Each saved session can include duration, session type, category, date, and time. When focus starts from a task or activity, that association can also accompany the record.
How to read the indicators
- Total focus time adds the focused minutes in the period.
- Daily average distributes total time across the relevant days.
- Completed sessions or Pomodoros show how many records were finished.
- Consistency and current streak help describe regularity.
- Category distribution shows where time was used.
- Period comparisons show changes over time.
- Focus by time of day groups minutes into the hours when sessions occurred.

Free Reports shows Today, the last 7 days, and four real metrics: total time, daily average, completed Pomodoros, and current streak.
Pro opens extended periods and seven advanced product visualizations covering time distribution, time of day, goals, tasks, categories, and activity calendar, along with comparisons and Insights.
Method and limitations
Indicators use sessions recorded by the user. A small sample may not represent a stable pattern, and periods without sessions produce no-data states.
Insights does not guarantee productivity and is not medical or psychological advice. Public previews contain illustrative data and say so explicitly.
